Agelef Maritime Services Limited, a London-based shipbroker, with an established worldwide customer base, is looking for a FREIGHT COLLECTION OFFICER

Job Description:

  •  
  • Charterers’ account items collection / follow up 
  • Time bar follow up
  • Internal data entry
  • Claims’ (such as Demurrage and Deviation) Analysis 
  • Freight / Hire / Commission Invoices 

Required qualifications:

  •  
  • Bachelor’s Degree with an analytical track record.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in tankers.
  • The ability to communicate methods and results.
  • Excellent time management skills with the capability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Marine Chartering terms will be considered an asset.
  • Computer proficient and with the ability to learn new systems as required.
